           Has 5 highly visible indicator lights, attached ground probe and handy pocket clip.
           Scale:    Five lights = Excellent - greater than 4800V
                          Four lights = Good - 3800V to 4800V
                          Three lights = Fair - 3800V to 2500V
                          Two lights = Poor - 2500V to 1800V
                          One light = Very Poor - 1800V to 1000V
                          NO lights = less than 1000V
