Fees:
$15 minimum repair fee + replacement
parts
$10 return shipping fee
Note: Solar fencers with batteries enclosed
will incur an additional
$10 shipping charge.

Instructions:

Securely package your fencer for shipment to Rural Mfg. Co.,
Inc. using a packing material such as bubble wrap, Styrofoam
packing peanuts, shredded or crumpled paper.* Include
your address, telephone, and e-mail address.
*Rural Mfg. will not be held responsible for damages
occurring in shipment to us.

Ship your package via USPS, UPS or other reputable shipping

Wait for us to notify you. We will contact you by phone or
e-mail, after your fencer has been diagnosed, with the
repair
and return shipping costs. At this time, we will need
to obtain your credit card information - via phone only
for security purposes.
